for spare parts, we stock many commonly used parts for most brands of cranes and hoists, plus we have expedited access to factory stocks of these items. With our scheduled maintainence programs and annual maintenance contracts, you can lock in fixed cost pricing on the maintenance that your equipment requires with a customized annual Standard Crane & Hoist maintenance contract.
We can also upgrade your existing equipment to improve the operational efficiency and safety aspects of your business. We accomplish this by modernizing the controls or by replacing only those components which are needed to give your equipment increased lift rates, capacities, etc.

Inspections
OSHA enforces certain equipment inspection requirements, such as load testing, for overhead lifting devices. (See the Industry Links section of our website to access the OSHA Regulations via the web.) Standard Crane & Hoist can consult with you to insure that your work place in in compliance with these OSHA inspection regulations, and that you are keeping the necessary documentation to pass an OSHA inspection.

Did you know that U.S. crane regulations (OSHA and Industry Guidelines) require:
1. Monthly hook inspections with certification records?
2. Monthly hoist chain inspections with certification records?
3. Monthly wire rope inspections with certification records?
4. A complete inspection prior to putting a crane into service when that crane has been idle for 6 months or more?
5. A preventive maintenance program based on the crane manufacturer's recommendations must be established?
OSHA and CMAA guidelines are constantly changing. Let us help you stay in compliance with these requirements to insure the safety of your workplace.
Our new Tech Link software can insure that you are reminded when to perform required inspections and that your inspection records are kept safely and securely should you ever need them for an OSHA on-site inspector.
